As Managing Broker of Next Phase Commercial Real Estate, Andy works with landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers who need experienced guidance in complex commercial real estate decisions. His clients are often balancing growth, risk and time, and need an advisor who can simplify the process while protecting their interests.
Before joining Epique Realty as Managing Broker, Andy was the eXp Wisconsin Commercial and a Residential Managing Broker for eXp Realty in Minnesota and Wisconsin. Earlier, he served as CEO, President and Chair of the Board for six real estate companies, and as Broker of Record for three of them.
He has represented clients across office, industrial and retail properties, with a career focused on lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions, and a steady approach grounded in preparation, market knowledge and follow-through.

Andy is a former U.S. Marine and has worked in the flooring and computer industries. He is the International Chair of a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, a semi-professional photographer and a member of the Hopkins Noontime Lions Club.
In his free time he plays pool and cards, spends time with his family and his two huskies, and runs sound and lights for his church.
