Financing support for commercial real estate

Know what you can borrow, and on what terms, before you make an offer.

Overview

Financing, handled as part of the deal

Financing decides what you can buy, how fast you can close and what the building really costs you over time. Andy helps you understand the loan structures that fit your goals, including conventional and SBA financing, and coordinates between you, your lender and the rest of the deal.

Getting documents ready early is the simplest way to avoid a delayed closing.

It is one piece of a bench of independent specialists who already work with Andy, so you deal with one person from first call to closing.

Financing questions

What down payment does a commercial loan need?

Conventional commercial loans often require 20 to 30 percent down. SBA programs can go lower for owner-occupied buildings. Your lender sets the final terms.

Do you arrange the loan yourself?

No. Andy works alongside your lender or introduces lenders who fit the deal, and keeps financing coordinated with the rest of the transaction.
