Accurate property valuation

Commercial appraisal coordination and valuation

A valuation you, your lender and the other side of the deal can rely on.

Overview

Appraisal, handled as part of the deal

A low appraisal can stall financing and a high one can lead to overpaying. Andy coordinates certified appraisers, gives them accurate property data and reviews the report before it reaches you or your lender.

Appraisal support covers purchases, sales, financing and refinancing, and keeps the valuation lined up with your timeline.

It is one piece of a bench of independent specialists who already work with Andy, so you deal with one person from first call to closing.

Appraisal questions

Can I get a quick idea of value before an appraisal?

Yes. The free online estimate gives a range based on local cap rates. A formal appraisal by a certified appraiser is still required for most financing.

What if the appraisal comes in low?

We review the comparables and assumptions, give the appraiser any missing data, and help you renegotiate or restructure the deal if needed.
